General Provisions

These General Bonus Terms govern all promotions offered by Dublinbet. A Promotion means any bonus, free spins or other incentive provided by Dublinbet and designated as promotional within the platform. By participating in a Promotion you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, including any Promotion-specific terms that accompany the offer.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

Promotions are available only to eligible players who meet all requirements set out herein. You must be at least 18 years old and not prohibited from online gaming by applicable law. Each player must use only one account, device, payment method and residential address for promotions. Dublinbet may require identity verification (KYC) and reserve the right to suspend or close accounts found to be in breach of these requirements or suspected of fraudulent activity.

Acceptance and Activation of Bonuses

Bonuses may be issued automatically or upon request. Only one bonus may be active at any time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other players’ offers. If a bonus is not issued automatically, you must contact Customer Support before wagering with the deposit funds to ensure the bonus is credited to your account.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Terms, the standard wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any winnings derived from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal. When wagering with an active bonus, your real, cash balance is used first; bonus funds are drawn only after real funds are exhausted.

Game Contributions and Restrictions

Contribution to wagering requirements varies by game type. Slots contribute 100% toward wagering, while most other games contribute 0% unless stated otherwise. Some games may be excluded from wagering contributions entirely. If a bet is placed on a game that does not contribute to wagering while a bonus is active, those bets may not count toward meeting the wagering requirements and may affect eligibility to withdraw. The definitive contribution schedule for each Promotion is published in the Promotion Terms.

Maximum Bets During Wagering

During the wagering period, a cap on per-bet use applies to protect the integrity of the bonus. The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is 5 EUR or the equivalent in your selected currency. Bets exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any related winnings.

Free Spins

Free spins are issued as part of certain Promotions. The number of spins and eligible games may vary by Promotion. You must select a single game on which free spins will be played. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and carry a wagering requirement of 40x. Free spins issued without a deposit are subject to separate caps and limitations as published in the Promotion Terms. Free spins expire after 2 days from issuance; winnings derived from wagering free spins remain subject to the applicable wagering requirements for the Promotion and expire if wagering is not completed within the specified period.

No-Deposit Free Spins and No-Deposit Bonuses

No-deposit offers carry special rules. The maximum attainable winnings from no-deposit free spins are capped at 50 USD (or equivalent). Winnings arising from no-deposit bonuses may be limited or canceled if wagering requirements are not met within the Promotion Term. Where no deposit is required to claim the offer, a deposit may be required before withdrawals are permitted, depending on the Promotion’s terms.

Promotional Terms and Expiration

Promotions and bonuses are valid for the period specified in the Promotion Terms. If wagering requirements are not satisfied within the applicable term, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be removed from your account. Dublinbet reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate any Promotion at any time, and to determine eligibility criteria in its sole discretion.

Cancellation, Forfeiture and Reversals

You may cancel a bonus at any time prior to meeting wagering requirements; however, doing so will remove the bonus and any winnings derived from it. If a promotion is canceled or forfeited, any related winnings may be revoked. Dublinbet also reserves the right to reverse bets or void winnings if a promotion is found to have been exploited or obtained through prohibited conduct.

Withdrawal and Cashing Out

Winnings may only be withdrawn after meeting all wagering requirements for the applicable Promotion. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. Where a withdrawal is requested before satisfying the Promotion’s conditions, you may still withdraw any real balance that is not derived from the bonus funds, subject to standard verification processes.

Abuse Prevention and Compliance

Dublinbet actively monitors promotion use for signs of abuse or fraud. If abuse or suspicious activity is detected or suspected, Dublinbet may reject, withhold or withdraw bonuses or terminate access to the Services, the Software, or the user’s account, either temporarily or permanently. Any evidence of anti-money laundering concerns or violations of applicable law may trigger reporting to relevant authorities and may result in account suspension or closure.

Identity Verification and Security

To use the Service, you must verify age and identity when requested. Post-verification, winnings may be released only after completion of all required checks. Dublinbet may monitor communications and require documentation (identity documents, proof of address, payment method verification) to complete KYC. Access to and participation in promotions may be suspended pending verification.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with Dublinbet’s Privacy Policy. By participating in Promotions you consent to the collection, use and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy, and as required to administer promotions and comply with legal obligations.

Changes to Terms

Dublinbet may amend these General Bonus Terms or Promotion-specific terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to you in a reasonable manner. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dublinbet is incorporated. Any disputes arising from or related to Promotions shall be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local consumer protections that may apply.

Miscellaneous

• If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• In the event of a conflict between these General Bonus Terms and any Promotion-specific terms, the Promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
